Tim has taught for 6 years at Shelby County HS in Shelbyville, KY as the director of the jazz program. Tim has grown that program to an award winning group, most recently being invited to perform at the Kentucky School Official Conference as the premier ensemble. Tim was also on the brass team of Carolina Crown during the 2007 & 2008 seasons.

Tim is an avid composer and arranger with several works being performed on a regular basis. He has performed all across the country with the venerable touring act The Moody Blues. Tim has also held principal tubist positions with the Paducah Symphony and Jackson Symphony and a substitute position with the Evansville Symphony.

Tim and his wife Robin are the founders of Box 5 Productions whose focus is pageantry arts videos and audio recordings. Tim lives in Louisville, KY with his wife and two children.
